为了实现稀土资源的平衡应用且降低RE-Fe-B稀土永磁材料的价格，针对混合稀土基永磁材料进行研究，分别采用单、双主相工艺制备了名义成分[(Pr,Nd)1-xMMx]30.3(Fe,Co)balM0.73B0.98 ( x = 0.3, 0.5 和 0.7 ) 的磁体，对比研究其磁性能和抗腐蚀性。研究发现：双主相工艺制备的磁体相比单主相工艺制备的同成分磁体，展现了优越的磁性能和抗腐蚀性。对于 x = 0.5，双主相磁体的磁性能为Br = 13.08 kGs, Hcj = 10.05 kOe 和 (BH)max = 40.91 MGOe，远高于同成分的单主相磁体的性能(Br = 12.97 kGs, Hcj = 9.383 kOe 和 (BH)max = 39.93 MGOe)。这种改进源于富稀土相分布的改进以及主相晶粒间和晶粒内部耦合作用的增强。当磁体曝露在湿热环境下时，双主相磁体表现出：不仅富稀土相存在腐蚀，也存在主相晶粒的腐蚀成粉的现象。主要由于富稀土相与水蒸气和氧气反应时产生氢气，导致主相晶粒被氢化，由于主相晶粒间和晶粒内部的镧铈分布差异，致使产生大的应力，导致其表现出区别于单主相磁体的腐蚀行为。
In order to reduce the RE-Fe-B material cost and balance the utilization of rare earth sources, [(Pr,Nd)1-xMMx]30.3(Fe,Co)balM0.73B0.98 ( x = 0.3, 0.5 and 0.7 ) were prepared by double main phase(DMP) and single main phase process(SMP) respectively. DMP magnets exhibit superior magnetic properties and corrosion resistance to SMP magnets with same nominal composition. For x = 0.5 DMP magnets, the magnetic properties remain in Br = 13.08 kGs, Hcj = 10.05 kOe, and (BH)max = 40.91 MGOe. These properties are higher than that for SMP magnets (Br = 12.97 kGs, Hcj = 9.383 kOe, and (BH)max = 39.93 MGOe) with the same nominal composition. The enhanced RE-rich phase distribution and REs heterogeneity distribution are the main origin. When DMP magnets are exposed in hygrothermal environment, there are not only RE-rich phase corroded, but also there exist main phase grain pulverized due to hydrogenation behavior difference from LaCe-rich and LaCe-lean shell-core within one individual grain. As a result, it is demonstrated that double main phase technology is an effective approach to improve the permanent magnetic properties and corrosion resistance of MM based sintered magnets..
