    摘要:

    采用TEM、EELS测定了Ti/TiCp复合材料界面相为Ti2C。根据电子衍射理论和晶体学理论确定了Ti2C晶体的晶胞大小和晶胞中Ti、C原子坐标,并讨论了C空位的有序排列规律。Ti2C晶胞中有48个原子:32个Ti原子,16个C原子。Ti原子占据空间群的32e等效位置(x取3/8或7/8),C原子占据空间群的16c或16d等效位置。F111GC原子平面上C空位作有序排列。C原子占有率为3/4和互/4的F111GC原子面交替排列。<111>方向一个周期长度内包含6层Ti原子面和6层C原子面,其排列规律为:

    Abstract:

    The interfacial phase of Ti/ TiCp composite was measured to be Ti2C by TEM and EELS. The cell of Ti2C and the position corrdinates of Ti and C atoms were determined with the knowledge of electron diffraction and crystallography, the regulations of carbon vacancy order distribution were also discussed. There are 48 atoms in Ti2C cell: 32 Ti atoms and 16 C atoms. The Ti atoms occupy the 32 e sites (x is 3/8 or 7/8)and the C atoms occupy the 16 c or 16 d sites in Ti2C space group Fd3m. The C vacancy arrangement is in order in the F111G C layers. The F 111G C layers with 3 / 4 and 1 / 4 occupancies were arranged alternately. There are 6 Ti layers arid 6 C layers during one period in the direction of <111>, the sequence is:
