    研究了不同成分的Mg-Ni合金(Mg100-xNix,x=7-79)的机械合金化制备。实验结果表明,在机械球磨的条件下,其相变过程和相变产物与熔炼合金有很大差异。在所研究的10个成分中,当x=7,12时,球磨产物为Mg2Ni金属间化合物与晶态Mg的混合相;当x=18,25时,则形成单相的纳米晶Mg2Ni;当x=334,43,55,67,70时,合金粉末发生非晶化转变,形成单一的非晶相,且对于不同的

    Abstract:

    The preparation of a Mg-Ni alloy (Mg100-xNix x=7-79) by mechanical alloying is studied. The results show that a great difference exists between the as-milled product and the conventional product. For x=7, 12, the as-milled products are mixtures of the intermetallic compound Mg2Ni and crystalline Mg. For x=18 and 25, the final products are the single phase nanocrystalline Mg2Ni. In the case of x=33, 43, 55, 67 and 70, the as-milled powders are the amorphous and the amorphization reaction paths are strongly dependent on the compositions. For x= 70, a single fee supersaturated solid solution forms.
