    摘要:

    利用自行设计的一套净成形真空液相压渗工艺装置制备了净成形碳纤维增强铝基复合材料。通过对纤维与颗粒混杂技术、粘结剂的选择、溶胶-凝胶法制备热解碳涂层效果的研究,使制备出的碳铝复合材料的纤维体积分数适中,纤维分布均匀。复合材料的拉伸强度及弹性模量分别达到945MPa和218GPa。

    Abstract:

    A near net shaped carbon fiber reinforced Al composite was prepared by a new vacuum squeeze casting process. The technology of mixing fibers and fine particles, the choice of binders, as well as the effect of a carbon coating obtained using a sol gel method are studied in this paper. The experimental results show that the fibers in the composite have a moderate volume fraction and a good distribution. The tensile strength and elastic modulus of the composite reach 900MPa and 200GPa respectively.
