    摘要:

    采用电弧炉熔炼及铜模快铸的方法制备Zr41.2Ti13.8Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5块体非晶合金材料。利用储能和快速释放的方法,研究了锆基块体非晶材料在过冷液相区的快速粘滞流动。结果表明,在过冷液相区内能够进行快速粘滞流动变形、粘滞成型和粘滞连接;成功地制备出微型齿轮件;成型件和连接区无晶化现象;连接强度与母材处于同一水平。

    Abstract:

    Zr41.2Ti13.8Ni10Cu12.5Be22.5 bulk amorphous alloy was prepared by arc-melting and rapid casting into a copper mould. The rapid viscous flow of the bulk amorphous alloy was studied by the energy storage and the energy fast releasing. It is shown that the rapid viscous flow deformation, forming, welding can be carried out in the supercooled liquid region. And micro gear and same materials jointing is prepared successfully. There is no crystallization phase in the forming part and welding seam area. The tensile strength of the welded seam area is the same as that of the bulk amorphous matrix materials.
