    摘要:

    分析了CO2超临界流体特性及其电沉积工艺的特点;综述了表面活性添加剂含量、CO2的体积分数以及温度、压力等操作参数对电沉积制备纳米材料的影响,与普通电沉积工艺相比,采用CO2超临界流体的电沉积工艺获得的纳米材料组织致密、表面平整,其显微硬度和抗磨性有较大幅度提高;最后对其未来的发展方向进行了展望。

    Abstract:

    The characteristics of CO2-supercritical fluids (SCF-CO2) and the features of SCF-CO2 electroplating technology are analyzed. The effects of surfactant additive content, CO2 volume fraction, as well as temperature, pressure and other operating parameters of SCF-CO2 electroplating on the preparation of nanomaterials are reviewed. The plated nanomaterial films using this new method have a uniform surface and dense structures, which are better than the materials obtained by conventional electroplating methods. The micro-hardness and wear resistance are also increased significantly. At last, the directions of development of SCF-CO2 electroplating technology in future are expected.
