    摘要:

    研究采用激光冲击强化渗铝方法提高K417合金震动疲劳性能的可行性。结果表明:该方法可以有效提高K417合金的振动疲劳强度。利用扫描电镜和透射电镜对试样进行了观察和分析,并对振动疲劳性能提高的机制进行了讨论。

    Abstract:

    The feasibility of improving the vibration fatigue performance of K417 alloy by laser shock processing and aluminizing was studied. The result shows that the vibration fatigue performance of K417 alloy is effectively enhanced by laser shock processing and aluminizing. The specimens were analyzed by SEM and TEM, and the mechanism of the vibration fatigue performance improvement was discussed.
