    摘要:

    针对具有显著面内异性的钛合金TA2M板料,给出了材料厚向异性指数R值的三角函数分布规律, 在此基础上,基于势流原理和边界元法,提出了面内异性的钛合金板料在拉深成形中,凸缘外边界势值按材料的各向异性规律分布的假设,并计算得出合理的毛坯形状。经过试验验证,所建立的方法合理正确,计算得到的毛坯可有效避免凸耳现象的产生。

    Abstract:

    For the orthogonal TA2M sheet metal, a usable triangle function used to describe the variation of anisotropy R is presented. Based on above description of value R, a new hypothesis that the potential values on flange outer boundary is regularly arranged according to the distribution law of anisotropy R has been proposed and the potential theory and boundary element method are used to calculate the reasonable blank shape which will provide a good method to control the deep-drawing ear for the orthotropic TA2M sheet metal. Through practical application, the presented blank design approach is approved to be efficient for the control of deep-drawing ear.
