    摘要:

    采用阳极氧化工艺对AZ31 镁合金进行表面处理,利用交流阻抗技术(EIS)研究了阳极氧化膜的成膜过程。结果表明,不同氧化时间氧化膜的阻抗谱变化具有明显的规律性,可以划分为4个阶段,并且各阶段之间存在显著差异。利用R(C(R(QR)))(CR) 模型进行计算机拟合,得到的等效电路元件拟合值显示:随着氧化时间的延长,膜表面孔洞增多,粗糙度也随之增大;氧化膜阻挡层和多孔层的生长并不同步,而是一个动态变化的过程。

    Abstract:

    Anodized films were prepared on AZ31 magnesium alloy. The forming process of the anodized films was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurements. The results show that a significant regularity appears among electrochemical impedance spectra for oxide films obtained from various oxide time; their forming can be divided into four stages. There are significant differences among stages. The equivalent electrical circuit R(C(R (QR))) (CR) was used to analyze the EIS data. The fitting results show that the number of pores and roughness of the film increase with increasing of the oxide time. The growth of barrier layer and porous layer is not synchronized while their growth is in the dynamic change.
