    摘要:

    利用微弧氧化技术在5083铝合金搅拌摩擦焊 (FSW) 接头表面制备一层均匀的微弧氧化膜。通过动电位极化和电化学阻抗谱 (EIS) 分析,评估微弧氧化前后搅拌摩擦焊接头的腐蚀特性。结果表明,经过微弧氧化表面处理的搅拌摩擦焊样品腐蚀电流密度减小,电化学阻抗增加,抗腐蚀性能得到了显著改善。未氧化处理的不同焊接组织区域腐蚀行为存在明显的差异,而5083铝合金母相和焊缝表面的微弧氧化膜具有相同的形貌和抗腐蚀性能。

    Abstract:

    Uniform microarc oxidation coatings on the friction stir weld (FSW) joint of 5083 aluminum alloy were prepared by microarc oxidation (MAO) technique. The corrosion resistance of the friction stir weld joint before and after microarc oxidation surface treatment was evaluated by potentiodynamic polarization test and electrochemical impedance spectroscopic analysis (EIS). The results show that by microarc oxidation surface treatment, the corrosion current density of friction stir weld samples is decreased, and its electrochemical impedance is increased, thus the corrosion resistance of coated samples being significantly improved. In addition, the corrosion behavior at Fsw microstructure zones without MAO surface treatment have rather obvious difference, but after MAO treatment, both the coated base metal and Fsw joint on 5083 aluminum alloy have similar surface morphology and corrosion resistance.
