    摘要:

    研究不同温度氧化处理对TC21钛合金氧化色的影响,并对氧化处理后试样的力学性能及微观组织进行分析和讨论。结果表明:经氧化处理后,TC21钛合金表面呈现出明显的颜色变化,且随氧化温度的升高,合金表面颜色逐渐加深,同时合金力学性能均呈下降趋势。合金表面氧化色与其力学性能有一定的对应关系:经600 ℃氧化处理后,合金表面呈现出宝蓝色,力学性能满足使用要求;超过600 ℃后,合金表面颜色逐渐加深,力学性能均不能满足使用要求

    Abstract:

    The effects of different oxidation treatment temperatures on the oxidation layer color for TC21 titanium alloy were investigated, and the microstructure and mechanical property of the alloy after oxidation treatment were analyzed. The results show that after oxidation treatment, the color of oxidation layer presents particular change. The colors of oxidation layer become deeper with the increase temperature, and the mechanical property of TC21 titanium alloy is decreased. The oxidation color and the mechanical property of TC21 titanium have certain corresponding relations. When the oxidation treatment is 600 °C,the alloy shows dark blue, and the mechanical property could meet the requirements for utilization; when temperature of oxidation higher than 600 °C, the color of oxidation layer turns to darken, and the mechanical property could not meet the requirements for utilization
