    摘要:

    基于三维相场模型,研究了弹性能对g ′相颗粒形貌、取向和多颗粒合并行为的影响,以及沉淀相体积分数对g ′相颗粒数目、平均尺寸和尺寸分布的影响。结果表明:弹性能作用下g ′颗粒形貌为立方体形或者长方体形,且沿<100>弹性软方向分布。弹性能对同相多颗粒合并行为的影响主要取决于与颗粒分布、尺寸及畴界间距等有关的弹性交互作用。随着沉淀相体积分数的增加,颗粒数目先增加至最大值后减少,颗粒平均尺寸逐渐增加。

    Abstract:

    The effect of the elastic energy on the morphology and orientation of g ′ particles and the coalescence behavior of multi-particle were studied based on the three-dimensional phase-field method, and the influence of precipitate volume fraction on the number, average size and size distribution of g ′ particles were also studied. The results show that the g ′ particle is cubic under elastic energy, aligned along the <100> elastic soft directions. The effect of the elastic energy on the coalescence behavior of multi-particle mainly depends on the elastic interaction which is related to the particles' distribution, size and the distance of domain boundary. With the increase of precipitate volume fraction, the number of g ′ particles first increases to the maximum and then reduces; meanwhile the average size increases gradually.
