    研究了以多孔钛为基体,采用超高频感应热/水热法负载HA涂层的新方法,借助XRF、XRD、FTIR、SEM等手段对HA的成分、结构及形态进行了表征,并运用ICP考察其对水溶液中Pb2+,Cr2+,Ni2+的吸附作用。结果表明,所制得的HA晶格中含有大量碳酸根,对Pb2+,Cr2+,Ni2+的吸附效率分别达到97.5%、97.3%、97.6%。

    Abstract:

    A novel method, ultra-frequency induction heating and hydrothermal treatment composite method, was applied to load hydroxyapatite (HA) onto porous titanium substrate. The composition, microstructure, and morphology of as-achieved HA were characterized by XRF, XRD, FTIR and SEM. The adsorption ability of Pb2+, Cr2+ and Ni2+ was measured by ICP. The results show that HA possesses lots of carbonate groups in its lattice, and the absorption of Pb2+, Cr2+ and Ni2+ could reach 97.5%, 97.3% and 97.6%, respectively.
