    摘要:

    研究了凝固过程中局部加载行波磁场对ZL205A合金薄壁件缩孔、缩松和力学性能的影响。利用扫描电子显微镜对制备试样的显微组织进行分析,采用电子万能材料试验机对铸件力学性能进行测试。结果表明:与相同条件下获得的未施加行波磁场的铸件进行对比,施加行波磁场的铸件缩孔、缩松缺陷得到大幅改善;经过T6热处理后,抗拉强度、屈服强度、延伸率分别由436.61MPa、390.22MPa、3.29%提高到470.24MPa、416.97MPa、4.15%,抗拉强度和屈服强度分别提高了33.63MPa、26.75MPa,延伸率提高了26.14%。

    Abstract:

    The effect of local loading traveling magnetic field on shrinkage cavity and porosity and mechanical properties of ZL205A sheet casts was studied. The microstructure and mechanical properties were analyzed by scanning electron microscope and electronic universal material testing machine, respectively. Results show that under travelling magnetic field, the shrinkage cavity and porosity decrease greatly, and the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation increase from 436.61MPa, 390.22MPa and 3.29% to 470.24MPa, 416.97MPa and4.15%, respectively. The tensile strength and yield strength increase by 33.63MPa and 26.75MPa, and the elongation increases by 26.14%.
