    摘要:

    采用雾化法制备Ag-Sn-In合金粉末,通过讨论工艺参数(烧结温度、烧结保温时间、压坯压力)对AgSnO2电触头材料性能的影响,确定合理实验参数:压坯压力为200MPa,烧结温度为950℃,烧结保温时间为10h。对比纯氧氛围下烧结和传统烧结工艺的材料性能和显微组织,发现纯氧氛围下更有利于高温烧结,提高了烧结效率,改善烧结坯的烧结组织,提高了材料性能。

    Abstract:

    Ag-Sn-In alloy powders were prepared by atomization. By investigating the effect of the process parameters (sintering temperature , sintering time , compacting pressure ),we confirm the optimal sintering temperature , sintering time and compacting pressure is 950℃ for 10h and 200MPa. By the comparative study on properties and micro-structures of AgSnO2 electric contact materials prepared by the pure oxygen atmosphere sintering process and the traditional sintering process, The results indicate that a pure oxygen atmosphere is conducive to the high temperature sintering, which improves the efficiency of the sintering and eventually improves the micro-structure and performance of AgSnO2 electric contact materials.
