    摘要:

    采用有限元法研究经历多次热震后,NiCrAlY涂层/YSZ扩散障/René N5基体内应力分布及演变和波峰值对应力的影响。研究发现: 75次热震后模型外边缘附近及氧化铝层中存在较高的剪切应力和拉应力,裂纹会在该处萌生及扩展。各处的应力值随热震次数的增加均有所增加;随波峰峰值的增加,氧化铝层内的应力值变化最大,其中当波峰峰值(A)为3μm时,扩散障结构较优。

    Abstract:

    The stress distribution and its evolution,after repeated thermal shock, in NiCrAlY coatings/YSZ diffusion barrier /René N5 substrate were studied using the finite element method, as well as the effect of peak value on stress. The results showed that higher shear and tensile stresses existed in the outer edge and the alumina layer, where cracks were easier to initiate and propagate, after 75 times- thermal shock. With the increasing number of thermal shock, the stresses in YSZ active diffusion barrier coating system increased. Moreover, the peak stress increasement was observed in the alumina layer, and the optimum peak value (A) was 3 μm.
