    摘要:本文针对CoCrAlSiY涂层的抗热腐蚀性能,采用HVOF方法制备了涂层,用75wt.%Na2SO4+25wt.%NaCl热盐涂敷的方法,对比了不同Si含量(0、2%及5%)CoCrAlSiY涂层在900℃条件下的抗热腐蚀性能。研究结果表明:随着反应温度升高,涂层的平均腐蚀穿透深度呈增加趋势;随着Si含量上升,涂层的平均腐蚀穿透深度逐渐下降。腐蚀后CoCrAlSiY涂层内生成了高熔点的金属硅化物CrSi,有助于提高涂层的抗腐蚀性能。

    Abstract:

    Abstract: The hot corrosion resistance of CoCrAlSiY coating with different Si concentrations (0%, 2% and 5%) at 900 ℃ was discussed by using hot salt coating method with a mixed salt of 75wt% Na2SO4+25wt% NaCl. The CoCrAlSiY coating was prepared by HVOF method. The results show that the average corrosion penetration depth of coating increases with the rising temperature, while the increasing Si concentration decreases the average corrosion penetration depth of coating. Furthermore, CrSi, a high melting point metal silicide, is generated inside the CoCrAlSiY corrosion coating. Thus it is beneficial for improving the corrosion resistance of coating.
