    摘要:

    在前人对Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe永磁材料中软磁相晶粒尺寸及其含量的实验结果和分析的基础上,通过建立简单模型进一步证明并相对精确的计算了双相纳米复合永磁材料中软磁相晶粒尺寸及软磁相的含量范围。综合分析得出Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe永磁材料获得最优磁性能时的软磁相尺寸~8nm,软磁相含量~40%。该数据为FePt / Fe3O4和Sm2Fe17N3/α-Fe等其它双相纳米复合永磁材料最有磁性能对晶粒尺寸及其含量的要求在理论上奠定了基础。

    Abstract:

    Based on the experimental results and analysis of grain size and content of soft magnetic phase in Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe permanent magnetic material,simple models were established to give a further evidence and relatively accurate result of grain size and content of soft magnetic phase in two-phase nanometer composite permanent magnetic materials. The comprehensive analysis shows, when obtain the optimal magnetic of Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe permanent magnetic material, the size of soft magnetic phase ~ 8 nm, and the content ~ 40%. The data lay a foundation in theory for the requirement of grain size and phase content to obtain the optimal magnetic of two-phase nanometer composite permanent magnetic materials, FePt / Fe3O4 and Sm2Fe17N3/α-Fe for example.
