    摘要:

    本文采用化学溶液沉积成功制备出了YBCO+PVDF薄膜。研究发现通过添加PVDF能够改变YBCO胶体的热解行为,适用于快速热解。PVDF在分解中可以向YBCO中间相中引入氟,减少碳酸钡,促进外延生长。结果表明通过添加PVDF可以改善YBCO薄膜的织构取向,有利于更进一步提高样品的超导性能。

    Abstract:

    YBCO+PVDF films had been successfully fabricated by chemical solution deposition method. The decomposition behavior of YBCO gel was influenced by the addition of PVDF. YBCO+PVDF gel was suitable for fast pyrolysis process. During the pyrolysis process, the fluorine could enter into the intermediate phase and inhibit the formation of BaCO3. The results showed that the addition of PVDF would improve the epitaxial growth of YBCO film. It was beneficial to achieve high performance of YBCO film.
