    摘要:

    采用激光沉积方法制备了AlxTiCrMnCu (x=0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1.0)高熵合金。通过XRD、SEM及腐蚀电化学测试技术等研究了AlxTiCrMnCu高熵合金的微观结构及性能。研究发现,随Al含量的增加,AlxTiCrMnCu高熵合金由简单的FCC和HCP1混合固溶体结构逐渐转变为全部HCP2固溶体结构;合金的显微硬度随Al含量的增加而增大;AlxTiCrMnCu高熵合金在3.5% NaCl水溶液中的耐蚀性先提高后降低,当x=0.25时,其耐蚀性最佳。

    Abstract:

    AlxTiCrMnCu (x=0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1.0) high entropy alloys were prepared by laser deposition. The XRD、SEM and corrosion electrochemical testing methods were used to investigate the effect of Al on the microstructure and properties of AlxTiCrMnCu alloys. The results show that, with the increase of Al addition, phases of AlxTiCrMnCu alloys change from simple FCC and HCP1 solid-solutions to single HCP2 solid-solution. The microhardness of AlxTiCrMnCu alloys increases gradually with the increase of Al addition. The corrosion resistance of AlxTiCrMnCu alloys in 3.5% NaCl solution increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of Al addition. The optimum corrosion resistance can be obtained when x=0.25.
