    本文按照原子比98∶2制备了一系列Zr-M(M=B、Si、Sn、V等)合金。采用XRD、EBSD、SEM、XPS和电化学测试等方法系统研究了Zr-2M合金的微观组织、点蚀行为和耐腐蚀性能。从钝化膜的微观结构和成分、晶粒细化和相组成三个方面对Zr-2M合金进行了分析。结果表明:合金元素的添加对Zr-2M合金的微观组织有明显的细化作用。晶粒细化可以提高Zr-2M合金的耐腐蚀性能,但对耐点蚀性能的影响不同;在Zr-2M合金中析出了第二相,第二相的存在会在钝化膜中产生局部应力,破坏钝化膜的稳定性,导致耐蚀性下降;钝化膜中氧化物的半导体类型(n/p型)与钝化膜的结构和致密性密切相关。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, a series of Zr-M (M=B, Si, Sn, V, etc.) alloys were prepared according to the atomic ratio of 98:2. The microstructure, pitting corrosion behavior and corrosion resistance of Zr-2M alloys were systematically studied by XRD, EBSD, SEM, XPS and electrochemical tests. The Zr-2M alloys were analyzed from three aspects: microstructure and composition of passive film, grain refinement and phase composition. The results show that: The addition of alloying elements had a significant refinement effect on the microstructure of Zr-2M alloys. Grain refinement could improve the corrosion resistance of Zr-2M alloy, but the effect on pitting corrosion resistance was different; The second phase was precipitated in the Zr-2M alloys. The existence of the second phase will cause local stress in the passive film and destroy the stability of the passive film, which will lead to the decrease of corrosion resistance; The semiconductor type (n/p type) of the oxide in the passive film is closely related to the structure and compactness of the passive film.
