    采用固相烧结法,以Fe2O3、BaCO3、CuO和TiO2为原料,在经过优化的烧结温度1200 oC下进行固相烧结,成功制备得到了Cu-Ti 共掺杂的钡铁氧体BaFe12-2xCuxTixO19 (x=0, 0.05, 0.10, 0.15和0.20),并研究了Cu-Ti添加量对钡铁氧体组成和结构的影响。实验结果表明,掺杂的Cu2+和Ti4+可以进入钡铁氧体晶格中,且在样品中没有观察到第二相;随着Cu-Ti掺杂量的增加所得钡铁氧体的矫顽力逐渐下降,从204.46 kA/m逐渐降低到86.82 kA/m;饱和磁化强度变化很小,在54.61-58.42 A?m2/kg之间微弱波动,介电常数先增大后减小,但介电损耗正切值几乎不变。

    Abstract:

    In this work, BaFe12-2xCuxTixO19 (x=0, 0.05, 0.10, 0.15 and 0.20) ferrites were fabricated at the optimum temperature of 1200 oC from BaCO3, Fe2O3, CuO and TiO2 powders by using a conventional solid-state-reaction sintering method. The co-doping effect of Cu2+-Ti4+ on the microstructure and magnetic properties of the as-prepared ferrites was investigated. It was revealed that the doped Cu2+-Ti4+ could enter into the lattice of BaFe12O19, and no second phase was observed in the doped samples. The coericivity of the prepared samples decreased from 204.46 to 86.82 kA/m with increasing doping amount of Cu2+-Ti4+ ions. The saturation magnetization fluctuated somewhat between 54.61 and 58.42 A?m2/kg with increasing content of Cu2+-Ti4+ ions. With increasing doping amount of Cu-Ti ions, the dielectric constant increases first and then decreases, but the change in dielectric loss is very weak.
