    摘要:

    采用溶胶凝胶法制备了Sr2Bi5FeTi5O21(SBFTi)陶瓷,测试了SBFTi陶瓷室温~500℃范围内的介温谱、交流阻抗以及交流电导率,对其进行了分析。结果表明: SBFTi陶瓷的介电常数比Sr2Bi4Ti5O18高,频率稳定性好,具有弥散型铁电体的特征; SBFTi陶瓷的电学结构比较均匀,宏观电阻具有负温度系数特征并主要来源于晶粒的作用;在200~480℃温度范围内,SBFTi陶瓷的电导激活能为0.6eV,氧空位为SBFTi陶瓷的主要载流子。

    Abstract:

    Sr2Bi5FeTi5O21(SBFTi) ceramic was prepared by sol-gel self method. The dielectric constant-temperatures from room temperature to 500 ℃, AC impedance and AC conductivity of SBFTi ceramic were tested and analyzed. The results showed that SBFTi ceramic exhibit high dielectric constant, good frequency stability and high Curie temperature compared with Sr2Bi4Ti5O18(SBTi) ceramic and it also exhibit characteristics of diffuse ferroelectrics. The electrical structure of SBFTi ceramics was relatively uniform and the macro resistance, which was attributed to the grain show negative coefficient characteristic with temperature. The activation energies for conductivity was 0.6eV and the oxygen vacancy is the main carrier of the SBFTi ceramic at 200~480℃.
