纳米Al2O3包覆ZrO2/Y2O3热障涂层的制备及性能研究

    摘要:

    将耐热合金钢基体进行活化处理后,以NiCoCrAlY为粘接过渡层,采用等离子喷涂法和喷枪快速喷涂工艺相结合制备包覆复合粉体Al2O3-ZrO2/Y2O3和未包覆粉体ZrO2/Y2O3的两种不同厚度的热障涂层材料样品,通过涂层的结合强度试验、涂层微观结构和高温隔热试验比较相同厚度的两种陶瓷涂层的结合强度及隔热效果,并探讨涂层厚度与隔热效果的关系。结果表明:采用纳米Al2O3包覆ZrO2/Y2O3粉体制备的热障涂层其结构和性能都优于未包覆粉体ZrO2/Y2O3制备的热障涂层,且该热障涂层隔热性能随涂层厚度的增加而提高,温度越高性能优势越明显。

    Abstract:

    The thermal barrier coating samples of different thickness with alumina coated zirconia and zirconia as coating materials were prepared on theSsurfaceSof heat resistant alloy steel substrate after activationStreatment with NiCoCrAlY as adhesive transition layer by plasma spraying method and spray gun quick spraying process. The bonding strength and thermal insulation property of two kinds of ceramic coating with the same thickness were compared by the test results of bonding strength, high temperature heat insulation and microstructure, and the relationship between the coating thickness and heat insulation effect were investigated. The results indicate that the structure and property of thermal barrier coating using nano-Al2O3 coated ZrO2-Y2O3 powder are superior to that using single zirconia powder. The thermal insulation property of the thermal barrier coating increased with the increasing of coating thickness, and the advantage is more obvious with temperature increasing.
