The research progress of the HITPERM soft magnetic alloys Fe(Co)-M-B-Cu (M=Nb, Zr, Hf, etc.) was summarized. The alloy design, fabrication, microstructure analysis, property test and optimization were explored. At the same time, the application of HITPERM for high temperature condition was also simply introduced.
