    Abstract:

    The microstructure and properties of bars of TiNi shape menory alloy (SMA) prepared by thermal explosive synthesis-hot extrusion have been studied. The experimental results show that the material possesses the properties of the TiNi alloy prepared by the triditional process melting process. It is proved that the way to prepare profiles by thermal explosive synthesis-hot extrusion is possible.
