    Abstract:

Raw powder of ZnFe2O4 and V-doped ZnFe2O4 were obtained by the citrate pyrolysis, and the effect of V doping on phase constituents, resistance-temperature behavior and gas-sensing properties to benzene and its derivatives were studied. The results demonstrate that as the increase of V doping amount, raw powder is the spinel structure, the resistance of ZnFe2O4 sensor decrease, and the sensitivity to benzene and its derivatives at higher operating temperature increase.
