    针对电解法制钛工艺中阴极产物(200 kg/d)处理过程出现的产品污染问题,自行设计了钛质球磨装置,并对工艺参数进行了研究。设计的球磨装置容积为320 L,直径及高度均为1 080.9 mm,处理能为148.3 kg/h,需1台功率为5 kW的电机。在球磨转速为35 r/min、大中小(直径分别为50、30、20 mm)3种磨球质量比为1∶1∶2、液固比为4∶1和填充率为50%条件下球磨25 min后,获得的钛粉质量可达到行业标准YS/T 654—2007中的TF-2级别,且粒径分布与实验室洗涤钛粉相当。自行设计的钛质球磨装置能够满足中试规模金属钛粉后处理的需求。

    Abstract:

    To solve the production contamination problems occurring during the processing of cathode products in the titanium production by electrolysis(200 kg/d), a special titanium ball mill was designed and its technical parameters were studied. The results show that the titanium ball mill is designed as a cylinder and its size is 1 080.9 mm both for the diameter and height(about 320 L). The processing capacity of this equipment can reach 148.3 kg/h and its motor power needs 5 kW. When the condition of ball-milling speed, mass ratio of three sizes ball(small, medium and large), liquid-solid ratio, fill rate and ball-milling time are 35 r/min, 1∶1∶2, 4∶1, 50% and 25 min, respectively, the quality of the obtained titanium powder can meet the TF-2 grade level in YS/T 654—2007 and its particle sizes are close to the laboratory work. In short, the device designed for the post-processing can meet to the pilot scale production requirement.
